These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Harbor Glass Cleaning Service website and services. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Services & scheduling

Bookings are confirmed by email. We make every effort to arrive within your selected time window. Weather or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling, in which case we will contact you promptly.

Pricing & payment

  • Prices may vary based on property size, condition, and access.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm certain bookings.
  • Invoices are due by the date stated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not satisfied with our work, notify us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

Liability

We are fully insured. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects disclosed prior to service.
